Photo of a man blind, standing in the middle of a desert. Sometimes he thinks he knows which way to go, while he roams with his hands outstretched, but he finds no help. Other times he abandons and stands in despair under the hot sun...
Blind is us, wandering in this material desert which is the dunya...
Now, imagine that someone comes and takes the hand of the blind man and shows him the way to a place of peace and development. It is the Messenger of Allah Muhammad (sws), who has shown us the way of Allah SWT; and the way to Jannah.
What would feel that the man blind? How deeply grateful that it would be? How much he would like the helper who saved him and the one who has sent the helper?
